The Edinburgh Larder – Design Color Palette

Edinburgh Larder

After my last blog I wanted to share with you the color palette to incorporate the Edinburgh Larder Style into your home.

The bold and bright yellows mixed with deep black, provide you with a striking contrast that works. The interior white walls and hardwood floors provide a homey look with a strong eye-catching exterior.Edinburgh Larder

This look would be great in a city apartment or a young start-up establishment that wants to be noticed.

Here are my 3 levels of design for this space.

LEVEL 1 – Paint your walls black. I know it’s scary but look at the results!

LEVEL 2 – Install wide plank hardwood flooring.

LEVEL 3 – Make a statement to draw people into your home or office space by painting the front door yellow.
