Here are 5 tips for staying healthy and informed.

  1. Only go to reliable sources for information.  or
  2. Wash your hands with soap and water regularly and keep your hands way from touching your face.
  3. Stay 6 feet way from people who are sick.
  4. Consider probiotics and vitamins to boost your immune system.
  5. Don’t let this situation take over your mind and life.  Remember that there is a higher power who is in control.

Philippians 4:6-7

Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
